Numbers First. Story Second.
Pool Marketing Results You Can Verify
Recent Wins
Marketing case studies are easy to inflate, which is why ours follow one rule: if it is not tracked to the source, it does not get published. Every call, form, and booked job behind these numbers runs through attribution, so the results below are the same ones our clients see on their own dashboards.
What the Wins Have in Common
- Demand capture came first: map pack rankings and high-intent ads aimed at the searches pool customers actually make.
- Conversion was fixed before spend was scaled: tracked phone numbers, fast pages, and offers matched to the season.
- Follow-up did the quiet work: speed-to-lead texting and quote follow-up recovered the leads most companies silently lose.
- Reporting stayed honest: cost per booked job, visible weekly, so budget flowed to what performed.
Every Market Is Different. The Measurement Is Not.
A route-heavy service company in the desert, a remodel-focused operator in the Southeast, and a full-build firm on the coast do not run the same campaigns. They do run the same measurement: verified rankings, tracked calls, attributed jobs. That is what lets us tell you within weeks what is working in your market, and it is what makes these results repeatable rather than lucky.
Case study detail pages are being added as clients approve their full numbers for publication. Until yours is on this page, the more useful document is the one about your own market.

How to Read Marketing Case Studies, Including Ours
Most agency case studies are written to end a conversation. Here is how to interrogate any of them, ours included. Ask what the baseline was, because 200% growth from a standing start means less than 40% growth in a mature market. Ask what is being counted, because leads is a softer word than booked jobs. Ask whether the number is attributed or assumed, because a busy spring lifts every pool company in town whether their agency helped or not. And ask whether the client would say it to your face.
We publish with those questions in mind, which is why our results name the metric, the market, and the timeframe, and why the deepest proof we offer is not on this page at all. It is the audit, where the data under discussion is yours.
