One Industry. Since 2012. On Purpose.
The Marketing Team That Speaks Pool
We made the opposite bet. In 2012, Pool Profits committed to pool service and construction companies and nothing else. No restaurants, no dentists, no distractions. Fourteen years and 200+ pool companies later, that focus is the product: a repeatable growth system refined against one industry's seasonality, margins, and customers.

Two Founders, Both Halves of the Problem
Jonathan Johnson leads marketing strategy and has spent 15+ years doing one thing: making pool companies grow. Search, ads, websites, and the follow-up systems that connect them, tested across hundreds of pool markets.
Edmund Shahbazyan owned and operated a pool company before co-founding Pool Profits. He has quoted the jobs, run the routes, hired the techs, and felt a slow spring in his own bank account. When we say route density, chemical costs, or build timelines, it is not vocabulary we picked up from clients. It is lived experience.
That pairing is the reason our work lands differently. Marketing built by someone who has only ever marketed tends to optimize for leads. Marketing built alongside someone who has run the operation optimizes for booked, profitable work.
What We Believe
- Verified data only. Rankings from real tools and every call tracked to its source. If we cannot verify a number, we do not report it.
- Honest urgency. Territory exclusivity is real scarcity. We never manufacture fake deadlines to force a decision.
- Operators first. Campaigns respect your capacity and your season, because leads you cannot service are not growth.
- Skin in the game. We win when your cost per booked job drops, not when your ad spend rises.
